SprintRay 3D Printer

Dentist using a 3 D printer to create a denture

With the revolutionary SprintRay 3D printer, we can reduce the wait time for our patients by producing same-day nightguards, temporary dentures, dental models, and implant guides in-house. Instead of these being sent off to a local lab where technicians must fabricate these items, we can complete the entire process in our Warrenton office for greater convenience.

We can also print highly filled composite restorations in just minutes while using artificial intelligence (AI) to create designs used by the dentist to ensure a customized fit for each patient.

With the SprintRay 3D printer, we can ensure optimal precision and accuracy with this cutting-edge solution – the kind that leaves patients like you with beautiful, longer-lasting results.

Digital Dental Impressions

Digital impressions are a new way to capture molds that are used to produce customized restorations. If you need a dental crown, dental bridge, denture, veneers, etc., we can use our digital software to scan the inside of your mouth using a handheld device. Taking images of your teeth and bite, we make sure to capture all the fine details to ensure that a comfortable, form-fitting restoration is crafted to better protect your tooth or teeth.

CT/Cone Beam Scanner

Patients who need full-mouth dental implants or other similarly complex treatments will likely be required to have scans taken of their mouth using our VATECH Green CT/Cone Beam Scanner. Placing your mouth and chin on the device, the rotating arm will quickly spin a full 360 degrees, taking hundreds of images that will come together to produce a single 3D image of your head and mouth. This technology and high-resolution imaging will allow our team to better plan for implant placement, ensuring your new teeth remain stable for decades to come.

Soft Tissue Laser

Instead of relying on traditional scalpels and sutures to perform treatment on your gum tissues, we can turn to our soft tissue laser instead. This gentler, faster, and more patient-friendly approach makes it easy for our team to target pockets of harmful bacteria as well as remove excess gum tissue to create a healthy, even gumline. Known for its ability to decrease bleeding and swelling, our soft tissue laser also sterilizes while in use, so the chances of infection drastically reduce as well.
